Trả lời:

If there are problems with fussy customers, I will follow these steps: Firstly, I will wait for the customers to show their problems. Even they are wrong or not, I will listen carefully to them. By doing so, they will have the feeling of being respected which is extremely important.  Secondly, I need to stay calm by letting them say what they are angry at, and try to express my sympathy and understanding. In case the customers start to yell at me, I must not be aggressive, no matter what they do wrongly or correctly, I should wait until they want to stop saying and want to listen to my explanation. Finally, I need to show what I am doing is to deal with their problems, to help them, then say sorry to make them feel better. Explain to them carefully and in the most polite way.
